Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Monvix LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit loopyzee.com and any associated subdomains (the “Site”). We are committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
The Site is owned and operated by Monvix LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company name: Monvix LTD
- Company number: 16704987
- Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
- Contact: contact@loopyzee.com
Monvix LTD is the data controller in respect of personal data processed through the Site. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
2. The information we collect
We have designed the Site to collect as little personal data as possible. Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may process the following:
- Newsletter subscription data. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or request a free download, we collect the email address you provide, and any name you choose to give.
- Correspondence. If you contact us by email, we collect the information you include in your message.
- Analytics data. We collect limited, aggregated and anonymised information about how visitors use the Site (such as pages viewed, approximate country, referring source and device type). This data is collected without cookies and does not identify you personally.
We do not use cookies for tracking, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not carry out cross-site or cross-device tracking.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
- to send you the newsletter or free resources you have requested;
- to respond to your enquiries;
- to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so that we can improve our content; and
- to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases for processing
We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Consent — for sending you marketing emails and newsletters. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
- Legitimate interests — for operating, securing and improving the Site through privacy-friendly, anonymised analytics. We have assessed that this processing does not override your rights and freedoms, particularly as no personal data is used.
5. Cookies
The Site does not set tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Because our analytics provider operates without cookies and does not collect personal data, no cookie consent banner is required. Any strictly necessary technical storage used to deliver the Site is limited to what is essential for the Site to function.
6. Third-party processors
We use a small number of carefully chosen service providers who process data on our behalf, under appropriate data-processing terms:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and content delivery.
- Umami — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (aggregated, anonymised).
- Kit (Kit.com, formerly ConvertKit) — newsletter and email delivery, where you have subscribed.
Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent mechanisms) to ensure your data remains protected.
7. Outbound links and affiliate links
The Site contains links to third-party websites, including retailers and our own product listings. Some of these are affiliate or referral links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal data.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any point using the link in any email, or by contacting us at contact@loopyzee.com.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@loopyzee.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
9. Data retention
We retain newsletter data for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove it after you unsubscribe, save where we are required to retain certain records to comply with our legal obligations. Aggregated analytics data is retained only in anonymised form.
10. Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, we ask that you contact us first at contact@loopyzee.com so that we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
